Abstract:
Being a patient in psychotherapy and training as a psychotherapist both have roots in a similar experience. Both require a submission to an initiatory experience which involves submitting to the paradox of reason or mystery of the world; we cannot explain everything. Listening to our dreams and acknowledging the limitations of language or intellectual reasoning are essential to allowing this initiatory experience to occur. The importance of initiation as an experience for people to go through and consider has been advocated through
the ages by the likes of Rumi to R.D. Laing.

In der Psychotherapie eine oder ein PatientIn sein und die Ausbildung zum Psychotherapeuten, wurzeln in ähnlichen Erfahrungen. BeideErlebnisse erfordern eine unterwerfende Einführungserfahrung, die sich dem Widerspruch von Vernunft oder Mysterium der Weltunterbreitet; wir können nicht alles erklären. Es ist grundlegend, auf unsere Träume hören, das Annehmen der Begrenzung der Spracheoder der intellektuelle Beweisführung, um diese Einführungserfahrung machen zu können. Ein sorgfältiges Lesen von Rumis Gedichten,kann im Weiteren eine wichtige Einleitung sein um mit dieser Einführungserfahrung in Berührung zu kommen.

L’expérience qui sous-tend le processus est similaire pour les patients suivant un traitement psychothérapeutique et pour les candidats àla formation. Dans les deux cas, un parcours initiatique est suivi, dans lequel il faut se soumettre au paradoxe de la raison et du mystèredu cosmos ; il n’est pas possible de tout expliquer. Pour qu’une initiation ait lieu, il faut écouter le langage des rêves et accepter que laverbalisation et le raisonnement intellectuel ont leurs limites. Par ailleurs, une lecture attentive des poèmes écrits par le mystique Rumipeut servir à guider cette démarche d’initiation.

Прохождение психотерапии в качестве пациента и участие в тренинге психотерапевта основано на похожем опыте. И то, идругое требует смирения перед опытом инициации, который включает в себя подчинение парадоксам разума или мистериимира. Мы не можем объяснить всего. Для того, чтобы позволить произойти опыту инициации, необходимо слушать сны,признавать ограничения языка и интеллектуальных умозаключений. Более того, проводником к контакту с таким опытомпосвящения может стать старательное и внимательное чтение поэзии Руми.
